1. Eligibility
Donations are accepted from individuals in compliance with applicable laws. Donations made by minors must be authorized by a parent or legal guardian.
2. Use of Information
Donor information, including name, email address, PAN, and donation amount, will be used solely for issuing donation receipts under Section 80G and for maintaining statutory audit and compliance records. Such information may be shared with authorized payment service providers, including Razorpay / Cashfree, strictly for payment processing, transaction verification, issuing receipts, and compliance purposes.
3. Tax Benefits
Donations may be eligible for deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to applicable provisions, donor eligibility, and the Foundation's approval status.
4. Donation Confirmation
An official PDF donation receipt will be emailed to the donor upon successful payment. The receipt will contain relevant donation details, donor PAN (where applicable), transaction reference, 80G-related details, and authorized signatory information.
Refunds and cancellations, if applicable, shall be governed by the Foundation's Refund / Cancellation Policy.
5. Website & Payment Page Use
Donors agree to provide accurate and complete information while making a donation. Any misuse of the website or payment pages is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Athisya Foundation shall not be held liable for technical errors, payment gateway failures, or delays beyond its reasonable control.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.
By proceeding with a donation, the donor acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
8. Changes to These Terms
Athisya Foundation reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
