Athisya Foundation – Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Voluntary Donations

All donations made to Athisya Foundation are voluntary and intended solely for charitable purposes.

2. Refunds

Refunds are permitted only in cases of failed, duplicate, or erroneous transactions. Successful and voluntary donations are non-refundable.

Once a donation acknowledgement or tax benefit receipt has been issued, refunds will not normally be processed except in cases of verified duplicate, erroneous, or failed transactions.

3. Cancellation

A donation may be cancelled before payment confirmation. Once the payment is successfully completed, cancellation is not permitted.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of verification and credited to the original mode of payment.

5. Dispute Resolution

By proceeding with a donation, the donor acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
